Refund policy

IF ITEM IS ELIGABLE FOR RETURN:
1) returns accepted on non-customized, non-personalized items.
2) Item must be in unworn/unused condition - tags or stickers intact and not removed.
3) Buyer must pay return shipping to Canada
4) There will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund (shipping from me to you is not refunded)

FOR EU ONLY: 

Applied to fulfilled items in an order; 

Return window is 14 days from the starting time of the last item delivered in the order

Return shipping cost is paid by buyer

A restocking fee of 15% is charged from return

cancellation window is until the item is fulfilled
